Loise Reichard White

Loise Reichard White, 87, of Brownsville, Pa., died Friday, May 14, 2004, at her home. She was born May 18, 1916, in Brownsville, Pa., the daughter of the late Lewis and Sara Jacobs Reichard.

Loise was an active member of Christ Episcopal Church in Brownsville, the Brownsville Historical Society, Civic Theater, California Players, R & E Crown Productions, and the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). She was the supporting actress in the Broadway play “Having a Wonderful Time.”

In addition to her parents, her sister, Flora Reichard Bays, preceded her in death.

Loise will be sadly missed by her son, Rick White of Brownsville, Pa.; family friend, Barbara Whetstine; grandson, Adam Williams; and great-granddaughter, Sarah Williams.

A Memorial Service will be held in CHRIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH, 305 Church Street, Brownsville, Pa., today at 7 p.m., with Father Stan Burdock officiating.

Arrangements were handled by the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME (formerly Confer Funeral Home), 515 Front Street, Brownsville, Pa.
