Two Uniontown men were arraigned on charges filed by state police for allegedly sexually assaulting 15-year-old girl in a Reppert Avenue apartment in November 2003. Benjamin Harold Randolph, 21, of 87 Cleveland Ave. was charged with rape, sexual assault, statutory sexual assault, two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, two counts of aggravated indecent assault, two counts of indecent assault and corruption of minors.

Justin Pierre Fletcher, 21, of 40 Millview St. was charged with two counts each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault and aggravated indecent assault, and one count of corruption of minors.

They allegedly assaulted the girl in an apartment at 30 Reppert Blvd., just west of Connellsville Street, between 8 and 10 p.m. on Nov. 3, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

Police said the suspects allegedly picked up the victim and another girl at the Dairy Mart in Trotter along Crawford Avenue and drove them to the apartment.

They were arraigned before District Justice Deberah L. Kula. She committed Randolph to the Fayette County Prison in lieu of $25,000 straight bond. Fletcher was released in $25,000 unsecured bail, but ordered not to contact the victim.

Preliminary hearings for the suspects have not yet been scheduled.
