William G. “Bill” Welsh, 56, of Dunbar, Pa., born April 13, 1948, in Baltimore, Md., and formerly of Boca Raton, Fla., died Tuesday, May 25, 2004, in Shadyside Hospital. Survivors include a brother, Thomas Welsh Jr., of Glen Bernie, Md., and many local friends.

There will be no public visitation.
