Mary E. Allamon Campbell, age 97, of Uniontown, Pa., died on Wednesday, May 26, 2004. She was born in Shamrock, Fayette County, Pa., the daughter of Allances F. “Pete” Allamon and Annie Haniford Allamon.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Ray Campbell, two brothers, Isaac Allamon of Pennsylvania and Thomas Allamon of West Virginia, two sisters, Mariah of Orlando, Florida, and Sarah of Hibbs, Pa., and parents.

Surviving are the following children: Dorothy and husband Ernest Rhodes of Columbus, Ohio, Allances “Lance” A. Campbell and wife Patricia of Lutz, Florida, Evangeline and husband David Bradley of Milford, Delaware, Thomas Campbell and wife Joanne of Cary, North Carolina, Miss Carolyn Campbell of Uniontown, Pa.; 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren; a brother, Lawrence Allamon of Uniontown; and a sister, Anna Mae Lilley of Clairton, Pa.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pa., where Friends will be received today, May 28, from 4 to 9 p.m.

Visitation continues Saturday, May 29, in UNIONTOWN FREE METHODIST CHURCH, 103 Evans Street, Uniontown, from 10 until 11 a.m. The Service will begin at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Ernest R. Rhodes, Rev. James Jobes and Rev. Little co-officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Uniontown Free Methodist Church, 103 Evans Street, Uniontown, PA 15401.
