Justin Edward Lewis
Justin Edward Lewis, age 20, died Thursday, November 4, 2004, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Tennessee.
He was born in Uniontown, Pa., on July 3, 1984, son of David Lewis Sr. of Ethridge, Tennessee, and Norma G. Rodeheaver Price of Denbo, Pa.
Justin was preceded in death by a brother, Jason Lee Lewis, and his paternal grandfather, William Lewis.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Norma Rodeheaver Price and Raymond Price of Denbo, Pa.; his father, David L. Lewis, and two brothers: David Lewis and Austin Lewis, all of Ethridge, Tennessee; his maternal grandparents, Edward and Ruth Rodeheaver of Uniontown, Pa.; his paternal grandmother, Martha Lewis of Tennessee; a stepbrother, Jason Price, and a stepsister, Carrie Price, both of Marianna, Pa.; and many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Friends will be received in the THOMAS M. DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 136 North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, November 9, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., the hour of service with Pastor Gary R. McFadden of The House of Prayer, Smock, Pa., officiating.
Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
