Margaret C. de Forest, 80, of East Amherst, N.Y., formerly of Uniontown, died Sunday, Oct. 31, 2004. Surviving are a son, Benjamin B. de Forest II; a daughter, Mary Clark, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Jerome W. Shell Funeral Home and will be announced.
