Jane R. Addis, 89, of Uniontown, Pa., died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2004, in the Lafayette Manor. She was born Nov. 12, 1914, in Collingswood, N.J., a daughter of the late John and Irene Emerson Ritter.

Also preceding her in death were her first husband, James F. Bostock and a second husband, Edwin P. Addis.

Surviving are three sons, James E. Bostock of San Antonio, Texas, Roy J. Bostock of Rye, N.Y., and John J. Bostock of Doylestown, Pa.; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a brother, John Ritter of Mount Lebanon, Pa.

Mrs. Addis was a graduate of Duke University, Class of 1935, and previously owned and operated the Pittsburgh Teachers Agency.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the JEROME W. SHELL FUNERAL HOME and will be private.
