Douglas Scott Spiker, age 33, of Gibbon Glade, Pa., died Saturday, November 13, 2004, as a result of injuries from an automobile accident near Gibbon Glade.

The son of Roy E. Spiker Sr. and Joyce J. Savage Spiker of Gibbon Glade, he was born March 5, 1971, in Uniontown, Pa.

“Doug” was an auto body mechanic and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Crystal McElroy Spiker; a brother, Roy Spiker Jr.; a sister, Christina, and her husband, Gerald Graham, of Gibbon Glade; three nieces: Holly Henckel, Amber Spiker and Mikayla Graham; and a nephew, Dylan Graham.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Alice (Teets) Spiker and Foster and Macie (Frazee) Savage.

The family will receive friends at the CARL R. SPEAR FUNERAL HOME, Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, today from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, November 16, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with the Rev. Greg Moran officiating.

Burial will follow in Bethel Memorial Park Cemetery, Farmington, Pa.
