Helen B. Fetsko
Helen B. Fetsko, 88, of Monarch, Pa., died Sunday, Nov. 21, 2004, at her residence. She was born April 21, 1916, in Footedale, Pa., a daughter of the late John and Mary (Vrable) Bilko.
Prior to her retirement in 1978, she worked as a selector at Anchor Hocking Glass Plant for 19 years. She is a member of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church of Dunbar, Pa.
She is survived by four children, Joseph Fetsko Jr., and wife, Dana of Bryan, Texas, Patricia “Patti” Morgan at home, Rose Truelove and husband, Edward of Trenton, N.J., and Lawrence “Koko” Fetsko and wife, Kathy of Uniontown; seven grandchildren, Jeffery Fetsko and wife, Melissa and Joseph Fetsko Jr., and wife, Maria of Texas, Stacey Burns and husband, John and Ed Truelove Jr., and wife, Shelley of Trenton, N.J., and Katina and Larry Fetsko Jr., both of Uniontown and Sandy Fetsko; six great-grandchildren, Annabella Truelove and Michael, Nicholas, Patrick, Eric and Andrew Fetsko; two brothers, Paul Bilko of Ohio, and Rudolph Bilko and wife, Gertrude of New Salem, Pa.; and two sisters, Agnes Mohnacky of Footedale, and Ann Marie Papa and husband, Paul of Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Fetsko Sr., in 1989; a son, Richard Fetsko in 1969; and two brothers, John and William Bilko.
Friends will be received today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME INC., 418 North Pittsburgh St., Connellsville, where a Blessing Service will be held on Wednesday at 12:15 p.m. A Funeral Mass will follow at 1 p.m., in St. Aloysius R.C.. Church, Dunbar, with the Rev. Fr. Edward McCullough as celebrant. Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown. A Parish Rosary Service will be held in the funeral home today at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Helen’s memory to Connellsville Meals on Wheels at (724) 626-1515.
