Clinton E. Winebrenner
Clinton E. Winebrenner, 90, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2004, in Lafayette Manor, Uniontown, Pa. He was born June 18, 1914, in Slabtown, Md., son of the late William and Susan Hutzell Winebrenner.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven brothers, Lonnie, William, Cyrus, John, Ralph, Wilbert and James Winebrenner; and five sisters, Myrtle Rice, Sarah Bowers, Louise Witt, Suzanne Trimble and Eleanor Winebrenner.
He was a member of the Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church in Hyndman. He had been employed with the Mt. Savage Brickyard, U.S. Steel in Johnstown, Celanese Textile, and the U.S. Post Office in Hyndman, Pa.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Anna M. Kirchner Winebrenner; a son, the Rev. Galen Winebrenner and wife, Susan of Uniontown, Pa.; a daughter, Carol Evans and husband D. Ray of Mt. Airy, Md.; four grandchildren, Teresa Brandenburg and husband, David of Mt. Airy, Md., Yvette Harrison and husband, Timothy of Littlestown, Pa., Clinton Winebrenner and wife, Carl of Columbia, Md., and Liza Winebrenner of Belize; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Viola Deal of Frostburg, Md.; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Friday in the Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church in Hyndman, Pa., from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., and on Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004, from 10 to 11 a.m., the hour of service, with the Rev. Edward Murry, the Rev. Gregory Sinclair, and the Rev. James Hodges officiating. Interment will follow in Hyndman Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 136 North Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, Pa.
