Myrtle Louise Phillips, 80, formerly of Dry Tavern, Pa., who resided since 2002 in Clarksville, Pa., a 1941 graduate of the former Centerville High School in Greene County, Pa., died at 8:23 p.m. on Saturday, October 2, 2004, in Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, Waynesburg, Pa. Surviving are a son, John J. Vihlidal and his wife, Irma Jean, of Waynesburg, Pa.; daughter, Guenevere L. Larson and her husband, Samuel, of Sewickley, Pa.; grandchildren: Heather Ann Loomis, Susan L. Shelley, Janet L. Butler and Jesse J. Vihlidal; four great grandchildren; a sister, Elidore Leonard of Clarksville, Pa.; nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are private and under direction of the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, Funeral Director, 300 South Vine Street, Route 88, Carmichaels, Pa.
