Mary Krocsko
Mary Mazeppa Krocsko, 88, of Fredericktown, Pa., died Wednesday, October 6, 2004, in the LaFayette Manor, Uniontown, Pa. She was born June 3, 1916, in Fredericktown, Pa, daughter of the late John and Katherine Kuzio Mazeppa.
Mrs. Krocsko was a member of Saint Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Brownsville, Pa., and a former member of the Ladies Aide of the church.
On November 18, 1942, she married John M. Krocsko, who died January 3, 1975.
Surviving are a son, Stephen J. Krocsko and wife Cindy, Fredericktown, Pa.; daughter, Mariann Devers and husband Mark, Donora; five grandsons, Michael Krocsko, Matthew Krocsko, Stephen Krocsko, Richard Devers and Stephen Devers; one granddaughter, Janice Krocsko; two great-grandsons, Michael and Jonathon Krocsko; one sister, Anna Bekish of Dearborne Heights, Mich.; two brothers, Charles Mazeppa of Largo, Fla. and Joseph Mazeppa of Seven Hills, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased in addition to her parents and husband are a son, John M. Krocsko; and four brothers, Andrew, John, Stephen and Mike Mazeppa.
Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday in the GREENLEE FUNERAL HOME, 42 Bank Street at Crawford Road, Fredericktown, where a Prayer Service will be held at 9:15 a.m. Saturday, followed by a Mass of Divine Liturgy at 10 a.m. in Saint Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Brownsville, Pa., with the Rev. Jerome Botsko as Celebrant. Interment will be in Beallsville Cemetery, Beallsville, Pa. A Parastas Service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
