Items stolen
State police said someone stole an Aiwa compact disc player, $83 and the registration sticker off the license plate of the 1991 Ford Explorer belonging to Finleyville resident Nicole Marie Davis while the car was broken down along Clark Road between 9:30 p.m. Friday and 6 p.m. Saturday.

Man injured
Jeremy Myers, 17, was flown by emergency helicopter to Ruby Memorial Hospital and treated for moderate injuries after a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Tall Oaks and Camp Riamo roads at 7:37 p.m. Saturday, state police said. Myers was a passenger in the vehicle driven by Brian Vansickle, 30, police said. Vansickle and the driver of the other vehicle, a 28-year-old man, escaped the crash without injury, police said. Police arrested the 28-year-old for driving under the influence of alcohol and said charges are pending against the man. Fayette EMS and Farmington Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.

Merchandise stolen
State police are continuing to investigate an incident where someone stole $340 worth of merchandise from the East Huntingdon Twp. K-Mart on Oct. 5.

Window broken
Someone broke the rear window of a 1989 Chevrolet station wagon belonging to Christine Kishel of Uniontown while the car was parked at her residence between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 7:30 a.m. Thursday, state police said.

Charges to be filed
Charges are to be filed against a juvenile who was witnessed dropping objects from the overpass onto the northbound lane of Route 119 at 11:25 a.m. Thursday, state police said. The objects struck two vehicles, one driven by Patsy Marano of Adah and the other driven by Andrea Welsh of Oliver, police said.

Uniontown resident Kerry Whoolery told state police someone known to her assaulted her at a Hopewell Tavern at 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

State police said mailboxes at Gregory Snyder’s and Wayne Buttermore’s Connellsville homes were damaged sometime Saturday evening.

John Beeson of Uniontown told state police someone known to him assaulted him on Sheldon Avenue at 8 p.m. Sept. 30.

No injuries
State police said Alan S. Smiley, 29, of Carmichaels was not injured when he swerved to miss a deer on Melcroft Road and the Dodge Intrepid he drove left the roadway, striking a utility pole at 2:15 a.m. Sunday.

State police said someone allegedly fired a handgun in a reckless manner at Hillcrest Mobile Home Community at 11:15 p.m. Oct. 1.

Juvenile cited
State police cited a 14-year-old Connellsville boy for underage drinking after a 7:50 p.m. Saturday traffic stop where the boy was a passenger in the vehicle.
