Clyde D. “Red” Porterfield, 89, of Connellsville, Pa., died Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2004, in Sewickley Valley Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Sarah “Sally” Miller Porterfield; a daughter, Mrs. Ronald (Patricia) Potter of Moon Township; three grandchildren; a great-grandson; and two sisters, Virginia McGrane of Glendora, Calif., and Sarah Hall of Chandler, Ariz.

Friends will be received at the Brooks Funeral Home Inc., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville today from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
