JoAnne Marie Starkey, 47, of Smithfield, R.D., Pa., died Sunday, Oct. 24, at her home. She was a 1977 graduate of Mapletown High School, and employed in the housekeeping department of Uniontown Hospital.

Surviving are her husband, Robert J. Starkey; brothers and sisters, Jim Franks, Ralph Franks and Albert Franks, all of Bobtown, Pa., Alma Jean Kusich of Kodak, Tenn., Marcie Franks and Betty Waybright, both of Morgantown, W.Va., Kathy Lipcomb of Republic, Pa., Roy Goff of Uniontown, Henry Franks of Virginia, Harold Franks of New Jersey, Mildred Goodman of Norristown, Pa. and Viola Randolph of Monroeville, Pa.; and a number of nieces and nephews, including Tammy Eicher of Uniontown, Linda Fulmer of Lake Lynne and Roger and Mike Franks.

Friends will be received in the Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, Point Marion, Friday from 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday in the Point Marion Apostolic Church from 10 to 11 a.m.
