Rebecca C. (Crumrine) Jackson, 92, of Wakeman, Ohio, died Sunday, Sept. 5, 2004, in Mill Manor Nursing Home, Vermilion, after a short illness. She was born April 20, 1912, in Fredericktown, Pa., and had lived in the Wakeman area for the past 25 years.

Mrs. Jackson was a member of Eastern Star Stone City Chapter, Amherst, she enjoyed playing bridge, crossword puzzles, flowers and especially enjoyed traveling.

Survivors include three sons, James D. Jackson of Richardson, Texas, Ray H. Jackson of Wakeman, and Charles A. Jackson of Wakeman; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband of 57 years, Z. Dwight Jackson in 1987;; parents, James and LuLu (Richards) Crumrine; four brothers, George, Daniel, Ralph and Ray Crumrine; and one sister, Helen Sharpe.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004, at 11 a.m., at LaFayette Memorial Park, 132 Twin Hills Rd., Brier Hill, Pa. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association Northwest OH Chapter, 2500 North Reynolds Rd., Toledo, OH 43615-2820.
