John (Spin) H. Lewis, 46, of Uniontown, Pa., died Monday, Aug. 9, 2004, in Uniontown Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Winford Lewis and Beulah Lewis; three sons, Charles Lendell, Ryheem Lewis and Shawn Lewis, all of Uniontown; and one daughter, Wilma Lewis of Uniontown.

Surviving are his common-law wife of 13 1/2 years, Wilma L. Wilson; nine daughters, Christina Wilson, Dominique Lewis, Jenelle Lewis, Jucorra Lewis, Juwana Lewis, Daffney Lewis and Dioubalique Lewis, all of Uniontown, Monique Lewis and Cookie Lendell, both of Philadelphia; two sons, Cristerfer Chisler and Donte Lee, both of Uniontown; three sisters, Nina Lewis of Uniontown, Grace Lewis of Uniontown and Kathren Neil of Philadelphia; one brother, Winford Lewis of Uniontown; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services are private at the convenience of the family and will be held at Eden Cemetery, Stewartstown, W.Va., today at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Dale Redick officiating.
