The lunch menu for this week for area senior citizen centers is as follows:
Monday: salisbury steak, mashed potatoes w/gravy, vegetable blend, wheat bread, in-season fresh fruit.
Tuesday: chicken pot pie filling over biscuits, red skin potatoes, seasoned green beans, in-season fresh fruit.
Wednesday: Philadelphia cheese steak sandwich, saut?ed green peppers and onions, coleslaw, apple pie.
Thursday: vegetable lasagna, mixed greens salad, rye bread, pudding.
Friday: beef stew, peaches, corn bread, low-fat yogurt w/granola.
