Donna L. (Clingan) Neighbors, 68, of Point Marion, Pa., died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2004, in Mount Macrina Manor Nursing Home, Uniontown, Pa. Born Sept. 12, 1936, near Morgantown, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late John L. and Wyona Jolliffe Clingan.

She was a retired screener at Houze Glass in Point Marion, and was a member of the Canyon Presbyterian Church, and the American Flint Glass Workers Union.

Surviving are her son, Frank D. Neighbors Jr., and his wife, Rose Marie of Point Marion; four grandchildren, Craig Michael Neighbors of Masontown, Pa., Franklin Scott Neighbors of Point Marion, Melissa Phillips of Morgantown, and Crystal Dotson of Shinnston, W.Va.; and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of nearly 50 years, Franklin D. Neighbors Sr., who died Aug. 5, 2003; a daughter, Kathy Sue Neighbors Wise on July 24, 1999; and a sister, Mary C. Neighbors on May 13, 2004.

Friends will be received in the RICHARD R. HEROD FUNERAL HOME, Point Marion, today from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Friday until 9 a.m., the hour of service, with the Rev. R. Scott Teets officiating. Interment follows in Evergreen Memorial Park, Point Marion.
