Ronald Lee Wolfe
Ronald Lee Wolfe, 69 of Martin, Pa., died Monday April 4, 2005, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born December 27, 1935, in Morgantown, son of the late Roby and Lucille Sanders Wolfe.
He retired from General Paving after many years of employment. He was a United States Army Veteran having served during the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his wife Elaine Bishop; one daughter and spouse Rose and Raymond Bell, of Newburg; stepsons and spouses, James and Jackie Bankhead of New Geneva Pa., Paul and Candy Bankhead of Martin, Pa., Charley and Gloria Bankhead of Republic, Pa., and Kenny Bankhead of Bobtown, Pa.; stepdaughter, Ruthann Smith, of Pittsburgh, Pa., 12 grandchildren, Ashley, Greg, Cassie, Russell, Ryan, Rozlyn, Paul, Candace, Jessica, Jacklin, Jamie, and Kenny; and two great-grandchildren Russell and Jazzy.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Richard A. “Brutus” Wolfe and Roy Wolfe Jr.; and one sister Geraldine Chipps.
Friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the FRED L. JENKINS FUNERAL HOME. Services will be conducted 11a.m., Friday by Pastor David Corob, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Stewartstown Road, Morgantown.
