Joseph Abbey
Joseph Abbey, age 47, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2005, in the University Community Hospital in Florida, after a struggle with Pneumonia. He was born March 13, 1958, in Uniontown, Pa., the son of the late Cecil M. and Nancy J. (Show) Abbey.
Surviving are William Abbey and wife, Kandy of Uniontown, Debra Hranics and husband, Jeff of McKeesport, Pa., Mrya Jean Cross and husband, William of Florida, Robert Abbey and wife Virginia of Uniontown, Melva Corteal and husband, Doug of Connellsville, Pa., Nancy Frey and husband, Keith of Uniontown, and Beverly Myers and husband, Charlie of the state of Oklahoma. Also two life long friends of Joe’s, Tim and Jerry Raymond and his aunt Albeta Abbey of Hopwood.
Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday until 11 a.m., the hour of service with Pastor Andy Miles from First Christian Church.
Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
