Ralph C. Gwyn, 86, of Brownsville, Pa., died Friday, Aug. 5, 2005, in Washington Presbyterian Senior Care Center, Washington, Pa. He is survived by six children, Ruby Gwyn of Washington, Pa., William Gwyn and wife, Toni of West Brownsville, Pa., Mary Kovak and husband, Frank of Somerset, Pa., Jane Gwyn of Gettysburg, Pa., Ralph E. Gwyn of Washington, Pa., and James L. Gwyn of Canonsburg, Pa.; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a sister, Margaret Tewell and husband, James of Cleveland, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the Skirpan Funeral Home, 135 Park St., Brownsville, Pa., on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m., where a funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Isabella Wesleyan Methodist Church, 28 Sycamore Lane, Daisytown, PA 15427.
