John G. Mateosky
John G. Mateosky of Binghamton, N.Y., passed away Aug. 5, 2005. He was born March 18, 1931, in Uniontown, Pa., a son of the late Veronica and John G. Mateosky Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline; his children, James (Magda), John (Helen), Paul (Jannett) and Vera; his grandchildren, William, Megan and Jacquelin; and one sister, Clara Sandorf and her husband, Alfred of Uniontown.
John was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in Korea.
He was an engineer with NASA and Singer Link, Flight Simulator Division.
A Memorial Mass was held on Monday, Aug. 8, 2005, at St. Catherine’s Roman Catholic Church, Hillcrest. Memorials may be made to the Lourdes Hospital Foundation, Riverside Drive, Binghamton, NY 13905.
