Sallie Ware Wills, 59, of Washington, D.C., and formerly of Edenborn, Pa., passed away Monday, Aug. 8, 2005, in Washington, D.C. She was born Sept. 12, 1945, in Edenborn, Pa., daughter of the late Lawrence Ware and Henrietta Brown Ware.

Surviving are three sisters, Roberta Friend and Carol Porter, both of Philadelphia, Pa., and Juanita Harris and husband, Geary of Edenborn, Pa.; one brother, James Ware of Washington, D.C.; one special niece, Tanya Ramseur of Upper Marlboro, Md.; one aunt, Mildred Brown of Masontown, Pa.; one sister-in-law, Barbara Ware of Bessmer, Ala.; a close friend, Lorraine Mack of Washington, D.C.; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Friends will be received in the MURIEL E. LANTZ FUNERAL HOME, 297 East Main St., Uniontown, Pa., on Saturday, Aug. 13, 2005, from 9 a.m. until noon, the hour of service, with the Rev. Solomon Dotson officiating. Interment in Greendale Cemetery, Masontown, Pa.
