George Amos Cramer Jr., 22, of Smithfield was sentenced to 30 days to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for theft by unlawful taking and was ordered to make $430 in restitution to Martin P. Flager.
George Edgar Arison Jr., 47, of Connellsville was sentenced to one to two years in a state prison for manufacturing drugs.
Patrick Wayne Vance, 30, of Fairbank was sentenced to a total of six to 12 months in the Fayette County Prison for four counts of receiving stolen property. He was ordered to make restitution in the following amounts: $500 in restitution to Richard Celaschi, $1,528.44 to State Farm Insurance, $302 to William Myers and $2,139.98 to State Farm Insurance.
Melanie Elizabeth Poole, 21, of Greensburg was sentenced to one year’s probation for false reports to law enforcement.
Gary Wayne Farnham, 51, of Connellsville was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Darin Scott Hughes, 37, of Hopwood was sentenced to three to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for burglary and was ordered to make $1,052.25 in restitution to Center Independent Oil Co.
Deanne Martin, 38, of Uniontown was sentenced to two years’ probation for theft by deception and was ordered to make $851.43 in restitution to First Federal.
Conrad Christopher Biernacki, 30, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to one to two years in a state prison for DUI, plus 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Frank Peter Openbrier III, 34, of Dunbar was sentenced to one year’s probation for retail theft.
Kristy Jo Wright, no age listed, of Nemacolin was sentenced to two years’ probation for bad checks and was ordered to make $739.25 in restitution to National City Bank.
