Abraham David Welty, 63, of Scottdale, Pa., died Monday, Aug. 15, 2005, in Excela Health Frick Hospital, Mount Pleasant, Pa. He is survived by sons, David A. Welty of Mount Pleasant, and Abraham D. Welty and Charles E. Welty, both of Scottdale; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Sara Welty of Murrysville, Genieve Lint of Connellsville and Garnet Welty, of Scottdale; and brother, Joseph Welty of Scottdale.

Friends will be received at the Frank Kapr Funeral Home Inc., 417 W. Pittsburgh St., Scottdale until 10 a.m. today.
