Retail theft reported State police are investigating a theft at the Finish Line store at the Uniontown Mall. Police said that an 18-year-old Uniontown woman took a T-shirt from the store valued at $29 on Friday around 4:30 p.m.

State police said Keely Alcorn, 30, of Scottdale was not injured when she lost control of her car along a bend in Kingview Road. Alcorn hit a utility pole on Friday around 2:30 a.m., police said.

State police said Miles f. Miller, 25, of Smithfield was injured when he lost control of his car along a curve on Short Cut Road, hit an embankment and was thrown from the vehicle. The accident occurred on Friday around 6:30 p.m., police said.

State police cited George Hunnell III of Ronco for harassment after he allegedly pushed Pamela Fenton of Ronco to the ground during an argument at a 163 Hilltop St. residence on Saturday around 1:48 a.m.

Theft reported
State police are investigating a theft from a Pepsi machine at Eberly Park along Oliver Road on Thursday between 1 and 7:30 p.m.
The R.W. Clark Youth League was listed as victims in the case.
