Alice M. Weight
Alice M. Weight, 85, of Uniontown, Pa., formerly of Monongahela, Pa., died Monday, Jan. 31, 2005, in Cherry Tree Nursing Center in Uniontown. She was formerly employed at the Riverside Iron and Metal in Monongahela.
She is survived by three daughters, Ruth Ann Contorno and her husband, Tony of Las Vegas, Nev., Sandra Lucas of Brownsville, and Virginia Weight of Monongahela; four sons, Ernest Weight of Fayette City, John Weight and his wife, Julie of Monongahela, Jay Weight and his wife, Elizabeth of Graysville, Pa., and Keith Weight of Charleroi; 20 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandson; a sister, Mary Frances “Dolly” Jones of California, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., in the L.M. Frye Funeral Home Inc., 427 West Main St., Monongahela, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 1 p.m.
