Collision reported State police reported that a truck driven by Deborah Ferrell of Philadelphia rolled onto its side as it was attempting to exit Route 70 to Route 51 on Tuesday. The truck was transporting 1,620 cases of beer. Farrell was transported to Mon-Valley Hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

Shed arson
A fire that destroyed a shed in a wooded area along Spring Street in Richeyville on Jan. 9 was arson, state police said. A white male around 35 years old wearing a green jacket with gray stripes, a tan ball cap and blue jeans was seen near the shed, which was owned by Mark Nesto of Richeyville, just before the fire started. Police ask anybody with information to call the station at 724-929-6262.

Equipment stolen
Someone cut the soft cover on the bed of a truck owned by Willard C. Harmon, 25, of Waynesburg, and stole a Campbell-Hossfield welder and argon tank Monday at 2:10 p.m. in the Uniontown Mall parking lot, state police said. The welder is blue and the tank is green.

Tools stolen
A window on a building under construction at 924 New Hill Road in Grindstone was broken and several tools owned by Lone Pine Construction of Bentleyville were stolen from the garage between 4:30 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday, state police said.

Tires cut
Three tires on a vehicle owned by Jerry Allen Cottrell of Point Marion were sliced Saturday between 2 and 2:45 a.m. while it was parked on Main Street, state police said.

Woman cited
Michelle Bowling, 34, of Uniontown, was cited with disorderly conduct following an incident at the intersection of Askren Street and Gallatin Avenue Tuesday at 1:47 a.m., city police said.

Man charged
State police said charges of possession of marijuana, underage drinking, accidents involving unattended property along with other traffic violations were filed before District Justice Neil Canan against Alan Yanak Jr. 20, of Mather after he crashed along Pollock’s Mill Road and then fled the scene Saturday at 2:10 a.m.

State police said a 2000 Pontiac owned by Leslie Rodeheaver, 18, of Uledi, was recovered in an abandoned driveway along Route 88 at 12:45 p.m. Saturday.

Items stolen
According to state police, someone stole a microwave oven, a portable television and a battery charger owned by Melody Duncan, 37, of Nemacolin from her vehicle as it was parked along Route 88 sometime Sunday.

Man arraigned
State police said Richard Carey, who had a warrant for his arrest in West Virginia for telephone harassment, was found in Mount Morris and arraigned Jan. 26 at 2:25 p.m.
