Warrant arrest Dennis Lee Stewart Jr. of Normalville was arrested Tuesday at 10:53 a.m. on warrant and state police said they found a bag of suspected marijuana, digital scale and several plastic bags in his residence. He was arrested at 508 Quail Hill Road.

Man arrested

John William Beckett, 20, of Champion was charged with simple assault and harassment for allegedly punching his 16-year-old brother twice in the head and kneeing him in the nose Tuesday at 3:20 p.m. at a residence at 1011 Rockridge Road, state police said.

Window broken

A window on a pick-up truck for sale at Day Centennial Chevrolet was broken between 9 p.m. Tuesday and 7:03 a.m. Wednesday, state police said.

Truck damaged

A window on a McMillen Engineering pick-up truck was broken at its office between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday, state police said.

State police said David P. Abel Jr. reported that a computer mouse delivered to his 79 Sheldon Ave. residence was stolen from the porch on Jan. 24.

State police said someone left the Star Junction Gulf station without paying for $25 in gasoline Tuesday at 2:18 p.m.

Borough police received 214 requests for services in January, according to Chief Richard A. Barron’s monthly activity report. The report includes one weapons complaint, 12 criminal mischief reports, seven disturbances with four arrests, 16 alarms, 19 harassment reports with one arrest, seven escorts, four accidents, three juvenile complaints, 21 miscellaneous complaints, one neighbor dispute, 11 assists to other agencies, and two burglaries.

10 community service details, four warrants with three arrests, four thefts, two criminal investigations, four properties recovered, three animal complaints, nine suspicious person reports, two assaults with one arrest, 12 domestic incidents, six 911 hang up calls, seven traffic and parking complaints, two trespass complaints with one arrest, three abandoned vehicles, one disorderly conduct arrest, one drug arrest, one identity theft report, three lost property reports, three stolen vehicles and 12 traffic citations. Lost property was valued at $27,300 and recovered property was valued at $20,900.
