Michael D. Jointer, age 19, of Uniontown, Pa., passed Monday, January 31, 2005, in Uniontown Hospital. He was born February 21, 1985, in Uniontown, Pa., son of Mark H. Mills and Amanda Jointer.

Surviving are one daughter, Ma’Khya; two sisters: Shayla Jointer and Tayler Jointer of Brownsville, Pa.; his girlfriend, Rostina Dennis of Uniontown, Pa.; one uncle, Henry Jointer of Washington, Pa.; a cousin, Shaniqua Jointer of Brownsville, Pa.; and a number of other cousins, relatives and friends.

Friends will be received in the MURIEL E. LANTZ FUNERAL HOME, 297 East Main Street, Uniontown, Pa., on Saturday, February 5, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Services begin at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Richard Calloway officiating.

Interment will follow in Edenborn Cemetery.
