Joseph A. Murin Sr.
Joseph A. Murin Sr., age 68, of Smock, Pa., died suddenly on Wednesday, February 2, 2005, in his home.
He was born on May 15, 1936, in Smock, Pa., a son of the now late John Murin and Mary (Borovy) Murin.
Friends will be received in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC. AT SYLVAN HEIGHTS CEMETERY, A Dignity Memorial Provider, 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, Pa., today (Saturday, February 5) until 9 a.m. when Prayers of Transfers will be said.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. in Saint Hedwig Roman Catholic Church, Smock, with the Rev. Father John A. Sedlak as Celebrant.
Visitation was also held Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
A Vigil Service was held in the Funeral Home on Friday at 3:45 pm.
