Kimmel-Guappone
Gina Guappone of Masontown and Robert Kimmel Jr. of Normalville were united in marriage on June 5 at St. Mary Church, Leckrone. The Rev. Donald Trexler officiated the nuptial Mass.
The bride’s parents are Thomas and Connie Guappone of Masontown. The bridegroom’s parents are Robert Sr. and Joanne Kimmel of Normalville.
Escorted to the altar by her father, the bride wore a white organza A-line gown with beaded embroidery, split back and cathedral train. An elbow length veil with corded edges was adorned with pearls.
Maid of honor was Nicole Guappone, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Renee Midlik, Rhonda Troup, Kayti Gamon and Julie Yankovich.
Best man was Dallas McClain. Ushers were Tony Guappone, Joe Soltis, Steve Koehler and Joe Yankovich.
A reception was held at the Collier Fire Hall.
The bride graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of arts degree in sociology. She is studying toward a master’s degree in elementary education.
The bridegroom is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering. He is employed with Sensus Metering Systems.
The couple honeymooned in Nassau, Bahamas.
They reside in McClellandtown.
