Moore-Fedorko
Christy Lynn Fedorko and Michael Scott Moore were united in marriage on Sept. 23 in St. Pius X Catholic Church in Mt. Pleasant. The Rev. Michael Matusak officiated the ceremony. A reception at B. T. Spritzers in the Day’s Inn in New Stanton followed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Carol and Robert Fedorko of Uniontown and the granddaughter of the late Helen and Francis Macher and the late Helen and Joseph Fedorko, all of Shamokin.
The bridegroom is the son of Olivia Moore and Herb Moore, both of Windber, and the grandson of Mary and Virgil Palumbo of Winder, and the late Dorothy and Eugene Moore of Boswell.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an A-line gown with spaghetti straps, satin bodice and organza skirt adorned with pearl and crystal lace appliqu?s and semi-cathedral train. A crystal headpiece held an elbow-length veil with corded edge.
Michele Stoops was maid of honor, and Stacey Grein was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Michelle Gearhart, sister of the bridegroom, Abbey Lion and Pamela Yoder.
Junior bridesmaid was godchild and cousin of the bridegroom, Kaitlyn Palumbo. Flower girls were Natasha Yoder, and Kara Palumbo, cousin of the groom.
Mark Reddecliff served as best man. Groomsmen were Brent Fedorko, brother of the bride; Brian Gearhart, brother-in-law of the groom; Mark Conjelko and Bryan Zadylak. Ring bearers were Christian Grein and Zachary Conjelko.
The bride is a 1991 graduate of Geibel Catholic High School and a 1996 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She is a sales coordinator with Cingular Wireless.
The bridegroom is a 1991 graduate of Windber Area High School and a 1995 graduate of West Virginia University. He is a civil engineer with Bankson Engineers, Inc.
After a honeymoon to Aruba, the newlyweds reside in Plum.
