Smith-Sines
Vernon and Sheila Smith of Smithfield announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Ann, to R. David Sines, son of Donald and Pamela Sines of Morgantown, W.Va. An April 5 wedding is planned.
The bride-elect graduated from Mapletown High School in Greensboro and earned a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from California University of Pennsylvania. She is currently a middle school science teacher at a private school in Falls Church, Va.
Her fiance graduated from University High School in Morgantown and earned a bachelor of science degree in agronomy from West Virginia University. He is currently employed by Springfield Golf and Country Club in Springfield, Va.
The couple will reside in Fairfax, Va., following their nuptials.
