Olga Delaney Andrews
Olga E. Delaney Andrews, age 89, of California, Pa., passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2005, in Oakwood Hospital, Dearborn, Michigan.
She was born August 24, 1915, in California, Pa., a daughter of Frank Delaney and Mary (Giovanardi) Delaney.
Olga was preceded in death by her husband, Adam Andrews, her parents, and one sister, Evelyn Scrobacs.
Left to cherish her memory are her two children: Adam Andrews Jr. and his wife, Gerry, of Woodhaven, Michigan, and daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and George Scrupsky of Monroe, Michigan; two sisters: Edie Kandes of Melvindale, Michigan, and Clelia “Kay” Schaefer of Dearborn Heights, Michigan; and a brother and sister-in-law, Ray and Sally Delaney of Dearborn Heights, Michigan.
Friends will be received in the MARISCOTTI FUNERAL HOME INC., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, Pa., on Sunday, February 13, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, February 14, until 9:30 a.m. when a Blessing Service will be held.
A Mass of Christian Burial follows at 10 a.m. in Saint Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church, California, Pa., with the Rev. Father Mark A. Skertich as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
