Our Delivery Policy
Our carriers strive to have your newspaper delivered by 7AM on weekdays and by 8AM on weekends. If your newspaper is missing or needs replaced, contact Customer Service by 10AM and a replacement copy will be delivered as soon as possible. Customers who live outside our redelivery area or who call in after 10AM may opt to receive credit for the issue or have a replacement paper delivered the following day.
