MORNING STAR GRANGE will hold a special meeting at 1 p.m. Friday at the grange, weather permitting. FAYETTE FRIENDS OF ANIMALS, a no-kill shelter, will hold a monthly volunteer/membership meeting on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Uniontown YMCA. The public is welcome. Volunteers are urgently needed. ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE SUPPORT GROUP for friends and family will meet at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Center in the Woods, California. All caregivers are invited.
AL-ANON, a support group for those affected by someone’s drinking, meets at 8 p.m. Wednesdays at Trinity Presbyterian Church, corner of Morgantown and Fayette streets, Uniontown.
HOPWOOD VILLAGE PROJECT will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the North Union Township Administration Building.
