A brief in Monday’s Law & Order section indicated that Ernest Giachetti was a driver in a vehicle accident at the intersection of Mill and Berkeley streets Saturday in Uniontown. Giachetti was not a driver in the accident. A fence on his property was damaged as a result of the crash. In addition, the accident occurred Saturday at 1:10 p.m., not 1:10 a.m., as was reported. The Herald-Standard apologizes for the errors.
