Paul E. Minerd
(Please note changes)Paul E. Minerd, age 62, of Waltersburg, Pa., passed away Sunday, February 13, 2005, in Highlands Hospital, Connellsville, Pa. He was born August 21, 1942, in Uniontown, Pa., the son of Ross Minerd and Ida Mae Keefer Minerd.
He was predeceased by his parents and these brothers and sisters: David Minerd, Rosalie Shields, Martha Shipley, Beverly Yauger, Grace Bryner, Melvin Minerd and Ella Mae Minerd.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia Straitiff Minerd; two daughters and two sons: Laura Welsh and her husband, Edward, of Rock Spring, Georgia, Paul D. Minerd and his wife, Maryann, of Kissimmee, Florida, Darlene Reese and her husband, Keith, and William Minerd and his wife, Heather, all of Uniontown, Pa.; these brothers and sisters: John Minerd and his wife, Marlyn, of Cleveland, Ohio, Chuck Minerd and his wife, Jackie, of San Diego, California, Ruth Minerd Lesavage of Trenton, New Jersey, Melda Metts and her husband, Walter, of Revere, Pa., Fran Lilley and her husband, Tom, of Cleveland, Ohio, and Karen O’Neil and her husband, Gary, of Belle Vernon, Pa.
Friends will be received in the DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, New Salem, Pa., on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2005, from 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral Services will be private for the family with Pastor Allen R. Frisch officiating.
Interment will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery, Smock, Pa.
