Charlotte Rae Hornsby, age 54, of Hopwood, Pa., died Sunday, February 13, 2005, in Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pa. Friends will be received in the JEROME W. SHELL FUNERAL HOME, 164 South Mount Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, February 17, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service, with the Rev. Emily Byrd officiating.

Interment will follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery, Georges Township.
