Theresa L. Mollica Capotosti
Theresa L. Mollica Capotosti, age 82, of Cardale, Pa., passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2005, in the Uniontown Hospital.
She was born November 27, 1922, in Oliver 1, Fayette County, Pa., a daughter of Carol Mollica and Anna Caparosa Mollica.
Theresa was a member of The Church of The Madonna, Cardale, a lifelong member of The Confraternity of Christian Mothers of the Church, former employee of the Union Supply Store in Continental 2, and she was a member of the Pietro Mecca Sons of Italy Lodge, Republic, Pa.
Theresa was a kind and loving Sister, Aunt and Friend to many, and will be sadly missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Angelo Capotosti, a brother, Thomas Mollica, and her parents.
Surviving are her sisters: Agnes Zidek and her husband, Albert Zidek Sr., of Uniontown, Pa., and Carolyn Nasco and her husband, Frank Nasco, of Baltimore, Maryland; nephews and nieces: Al Zidek Jr. of El Cerrito, California, Cheryl and Ken Latta of Painesville, Ohio, and Jennifer and Andrew Assad of Brownsville, Pa.; sister-in-law, Genevieve Capotosti of Brownsville, Pa.; and a very dear friend, Tillie Valente of Tower Hill 2, Pa.
Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME INC., Legion Street, Republic, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, February 19, until 9:30 a.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.
A Funeral Mass follows at 10 a.m. in The Church of The Madonna, Cardale, Pa., with the Rev. Father Stephen Bugay as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
A Parish Wake Service will be held today at 3:30 p.m.
Visitation was also held Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
