Earl Robert “Buzz” Guseman, age 77, died Saturday, February 12, 2005, in Kendall Hospital, Miami, Florida, following a lengthy illness.

He was born June 20, 1927, in Uniontown, Pa., son of William T. Guseman Sr. and Pearl E. Fitzsimmons Guseman.

Mr. Guseman graduated from Uniontown Senior High School Class of 1945, attended Waynesburg College in Waynesburg, Pa., and served Honorably in the United States Army.

He had been a Master Electrician and helped his wife and daughter with their ceramic business.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lee Schiffbauer Guseman, daughter, Debra Lee Guseman Mundon, two brothers, William T. Guseman Jr. and Donald Frank Guseman, parents, and his stepmother, Wilma Platter Guseman.

Surviving are two granddaughters: Amy Lee Mundon and Nicole Danielle Mundon, and a son-in-law, Larry Mundon, all of Florida; a brother, Jesse J. Guseman and his wife, Joanne, of Hopwood, Pa.; a sister, Stella M. “Sis” Shaffer of Uniontown, Pa.; a stepsister, Joan Whetsell of Addison, Pa.; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Memorial Service was held on Friday, February 18, in WOODLAWN PARK FUNERAL HOME, 11655 Southwest 117th Avenue, Miami, FL 33186 (305-238-3672).
