Accident reported State police said Crystal Bungard, 20, of Ohiopyle was not injured when she lost control of her car and hit a tree along Countyline Road on Monday around 7:15 a.m.

Woman injured

Lydia M. Charbane, 24, of Normalville, the passenger in a vehicle driven by 56-year-old Paul Larosa of White, was injured in a three-vehicle accident Thursday around 3 p.m. along Route 119. The drivers of the other two vehicles were James E. Stewart Jr., 35, of Connellsville and William T. Aupperle Jr., 55, of Masontown, police said.

Damage reported

State police said a pop machine outside an unspecified business owned by Brandon McGee of Smithfield was damaged between Feb. 12 and 14.

German Twp.

Man arrested

State police arrested Daniel Lavoie, 33, of Amity and charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop along Route 21 around 6:45 a.m. Thursday. Charges were filed before Magisterial District Judge Brenda Cavalcante.
