William B. Heffern Jr., age 62, of Ralph, Fayette County, Pa., passed away Saturday, February 19, 2005, in his home with his loving family by his side. Friends will be received in the Dearth Funeral Home, 35 South Mill Street, New Salem, Pa., on Monday from 2 to 9 p.m. Additional arrangements will be announced.
