Ann S. (Skvarek) Mulik passed away Friday, Feb. 18, 2005. She was the beloved wife of the late Michael; loving mother of Mark (Rhonda) James, and two deceased children; grandmother of Michael, Cheryl, Judy, Jason, Joseph, Roger and Leo; great-grandmother of Brianna, Lexine, Bradley and Robbie; and sister of Matthew, Mary and the late John.

Funeral services to be held in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. Burial at Sylvan Heights Cemetery. TOMON AND SONS FUENRAL HOME, Middleburg Heights, are handling the arrangements.
