James “Jim” M. Casper Sr., 69, of McClellandtown, Pa., passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, in the Greenery Specialty Care Center, Canonsburg, Pa., following an extended illness, with his loving family by his side. Funeral arrangements are incomplete but will be announced by the H. David McElroy Funeral Home, McClellandtown.
