Helen Louise Hughes, 44, of Waynesburg, Pa., died Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2005, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va. Surviving are four children, James L. Moore III of Waynesburg, Sharon D. Moore of Carmichaels, Tiffany M. Moore of Waynesburg, and Jeremiah Moore of Spraggs; three grandchildren, Brent Moore, David Hayes and Travis Hayes; and the following sister and brothers, Terry Madlock and wife, Rhonda of Waynesburg, Ricky Madlock of Waynesburg, Dave Madlock of Waynesburg, and Linda Rush of Waynesburg.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home Inc., Carmichaels. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005, at 10 a.m., in the Spraggs Methodist Church in Spraggs, Pa.
