David A. Greenawalt Jr., 21, of Vanderbilt, Pa., died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, from injuries sustained from a two-vehicle automobile accident on Porter Avenue, Scottdale. He attended Connellsville High School, and recently was employed as a line assembler for Sony Corp. of New Stanton.

In addition to his parents, David A. Greenawalt Sr. and Bonita L. Bargiband Greenawalt of Vanderbilt, he leaves to cherish his memories his two year-old daughter, Sage L. Greenawalt; fianc?, Heather R. Show of Scottdale; brothers, William E. and Darien L. Greenawalt, both of Vanderbilt; sisters, Tonya J. Greenawalt of Vanderbilt and Ashley N. Greenawalt of Tarrs; maternal grandfather, Donald Bargiband and his wife Patricia of Scottdale; and maternal grandmother, Mrs. John (Nancy) Lueck McGill.

Friends will be received at the Frank Kapr Funeral Home Inc., 417 W. Pittsburgh St., Scottdale from 7 to 8 p.m. today. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
