Charles and Virginia Rockwell of Uniontown announce the engagement of their daughter, Kasee E. Rockwell, to Robert D. Martin Jr. of Connellsville. The bride-elect is a 1994 graduate of Uniontown Area High School and will graduate in August with a degree in criminal justice from Westmoreland County Community College.

Her fiance is the son of Robert and Verna Martin of Uniontown and Della and Albert Wisser of White Oak. He is a graduate of Laurel Highlands High School and is owner of Martin Masonry.

A July 30 wedding is planned.
